Exhibit Space Details
Table-top exhibits are located in the lobby outside of the general session and breakout session rooms. The entire exhibits area is carpeted. Move-in and build-up is schedule before the conference starts, 7:00am – 8:00am on Wednesday October 15, 2008.

Each table-top exhibit will consist of the following:
- Table-top exhibit 6’ wide x 3’ deep, with one draped table
- No electricity provided. If you require electric service at your booth, that should be ordered directly from the Marriott using their Exhibitor Electrical Order Form
- Tabletop exhibitors may place a sign or vertical exhibits on their tables as long as they fit in their assigned space.
